Hamilton’s Urban Backyard has rotating spots available for licensed and permitted street food vendors. Food truck vendors have the option of choosing either a dinner session or an all-day session depending upon the day of the week and month of the season.

Serving sessions scheduled by food truck vendors require arrival a minimum of 30 minutes prior to service time. All food truck vendors must be open and ready to serve at the time of your reserved service session. Late arrivals may not be accepted due to logistical issues moving trucks in and out of the food truck service area. Those trucks that cancel or do not show up for service will not be permitted back. If there is inclement weather the call to cancel or reschedule will be made solely by Hamilton's Urban Backyard and not the individual food truck. We will notify each vendor on a case-by-case scenario. If a food truck does not show for their scheduled service date/time they may not be rescheduled for a future date. The vendor may also be subject to cancellation of any future dates that have previously been scheduled.

Hamilton’s Urban Backyard will have two “permanent” food vendors on site during our regular season which runs April 1st thru October 31st. We will not schedule food trucks with comparable (like) cuisines to provide both our Backyard patrons with variety while providing our food “partners” with a positive business opportunity.

Given the amenities detailed above, Hamilton’s Urban Backyard food truck/trailer session fee is 10% of gross revenue earned during the session.
